Shipping and Returns


When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. *Most orders are processed and shipped if received by noon EST and depending on inventory at time of order. Same day shipping is not guaranteed however we will make every effort possible to ship the same or next business day.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

International Shipping: Many but not all of our products can ship to international addresses. Please contact us about the item and quantity you're interested in along with your complete ship-to address and we can quickly provide rates if we are able to ship to your destination.

APO/AFB Shipping: We are able to ship most but not all of our products to APO and AFB boxes, and in some cases there may be additional funds required. We'll contact you if we see an issue with your order and advise how to proceed at that time.

P.O. Boxes: We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a valid street address when ordering so at to not delay your order.


Damaged Items, Returns & Refunds


Occasionally items may become damaged during shipping and that can even occur when the box doesn't appear damaged on the outside. We encourage that you open and inspect your items immediately upon receipt.  Damages must be reported within 5 business days of delivery so we can correct issues, send replacements and file claims with our shippers. We cannot be responsible for refunds or replacements after 5 business days of delivery.


You may return most new, unopened items within 5 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).


Refund Policy:

  • Returns must be made within 10 days of receipt. 
  • Returned merchandise must be unused and in the original packaging. Used merchandise returned will not be refunded.
  • Return shipping charges are the buyer's responsibility.
  • Items may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 20% to cover re-packaging and re-stocking materials and labor. Additional fees may be required depending upon condition (damage) when your return is received. Please contact us to see if a restocking fee is required to return your item, and the amount
  • Original Shipping Charges are not refundable.
  • Items sold with Free Shipping may be subject to an additional fee of $25 per item.

If you wish to continue to return your item:

  1. Return the item using your shipper account number or by taking the item to a FedEx or UPS location and follow the instructions provided by the carrier. You are responsible for the charges with the shipper. Returns via USPS (Postal Service) will not be accepted.
  2. Provide us with the tracking number(s) once the item ships to expedite your return and refund.
  3. Once the item is delivered to our warehouse and checked in, you will be refunded the purchase price minus any restocking or other fees. Original Shipping Charges are not refundable.
  4. If you are unable to bring your item(s) to a FedEx or UPS location please contact us.



You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
